I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the lobby, since there are no cafes next to the hotel.

Loved the location only an alley behind the Grand Canal and opposite the Railway Station and Vaporetta Water Bus station

The staff went above and beyond, even starting breakfast early for us before our early flight and arranging a ride to the airport. I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge after a long day exploring and enjoyed a quiet evening with a good book in the small reading nook. The only downside was the shower setup, which could use some updating, but it didn’t take away from our time here at all! 🌟

The breakfast was wonderful - both hot and cold selection - and really filled you up for at least half a day. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apparently these two things are hard to find in Italy! Also the hotel is just a short walk to the canal and then just across the bridge to the train station and the vaporetto (waterbus) stop (Ferrovia). Also, the hotel is situated in a quiet area within a 10 minute walk in many directions of very fine, reasonably priced restaurants frequented by locals (but not on canal necessarily).
The double bed was a bit short (my husband and I are both tall). People should be aware that the immediate vicinity of the hotel is pretty drab and boring (but quiet). The hotel from the outside also looks pretty drab. Also, this hotel is not in the main tourist area near San Marco or Rialto. You have to take the vaporetto (15 mins) or walk (30 mins). But this has its advantages in terms of good restaurants around.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. Although it is in a back alley, the hotel is very nice and they provided us with a small balcony off our room. There was internet service and the rooms were relatively large and comfortable if not luxurious. The breakfast was delicious.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice balcony that provided lovely views. The location was perfect for exploring Venice, just a short walk from the train station and near wonderful local restaurants. Staff were friendly and quick to assist when needed.
There were a few minor issues with the bathroom's amenities.
