The staff were exceptionally nice and consistently courteous and created quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with desserts and also sweet, great service.

The room had a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a fridge, a television, and a writing desk.

too hot in the room and a/a doesnt woks. very dangeurus because if you open the windows there are a lot of mosquito to bit you.....

The location is fantastic, right by a wide canal. The triple room has a balcony with a great view. The restaurant serves excellent food, including a delicious breakfast with sweets and desserts.

The location suited our requirments

Everything is really good, the room is well heated with venetian style and the bed bathroom and individual toiletries. Really friendly staff ensures you spend a very nice time here

The room was compact and spotless, with a backyard view and balconies, as well as a bed and bathroom. the staff was fairly friendly and provided helpful local information. - the service was good, and we enjoyed complimentary concierge service and wake-up calls.

I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the lobby, since there are no cafes next to the hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful - both hot and cold selection - and really filled you up for at least half a day. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apparently these two things are hard to find in Italy! Also the hotel is just a short walk to the canal and then just across the bridge to the train station and the vaporetto (waterbus) stop (Ferrovia). Also, the hotel is situated in a quiet area within a 10 minute walk in many directions of very fine, reasonably priced restaurants frequented by locals (but not on canal necessarily).

The double bed was a bit short (my husband and I are both tall). People should be aware that the immediate vicinity of the hotel is pretty drab and boring (but quiet). The hotel from the outside also looks pretty drab. Also, this hotel is not in the main tourist area near San Marco or Rialto. You have to take the vaporetto (15 mins) or walk (30 mins). But this has its advantages in terms of good restaurants around.

The building and rooms here are of great quality and exude a charming Venetian ambiance.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. Although it is in a back alley, the hotel is very nice and they provided us with a small balcony off our room. There was internet service and the rooms were relatively large and comfortable if not luxurious. The breakfast was delicious.

Lovely view, top-notch service. 😊 The rooftop restaurant served amazing dishes, and breakfast was delicious. This place is conveniently located near the main bus terminal.
